Bedford Agency will now include Athliance’s PointGuard solution into its turnkey offerings. PointGuard is a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deal and disclosure management software developed by compliance officers. Athliance has developed tools and resources that simplify the disclosure process for student-athletes through one central and secure platform. Its software seamlessly integrates with marketplaces and collectives, making it easier for student-athletes to automatically disclose deals in the evolving NIL space at no cost.
